that is, doing sit-ups and pushups - around 40 each every night. so advises out waterpolo coach. egad we're having a TEST in july! my situps are still okay, and it's great practice for NAPFA! - i might even break my record of 44 in P5. but push ups are still quite tough. i can't bring myself too low, otherwise i can't do more than 5. well well, perseverance!
and i've been walking the past two mornings. trains stamina! napfa's right after common test. 2.4's not going to be easy - even though i finish like top half of the class every run it appears that even my standard is the "borderline" case. yay kenneth is always in top 3!
doing touchrugby for our PE module this term and when it's wet/raining you really hate PE. we had to play immediately after our 2km run last lesson so i was plain slacking.
anyway back to more cheerful things. pay created a 1P blog! wow that adds on to the yahoogroup which is heavily spammed (and which i am moderator over :D), and a website and a forum in the works (both MY evil plans). so you see, the total defence talk recently about national symbols wasn't exactly bosh.

argh! i have reached a stage called "permanent work overdrive". which means i'm always rushing work! at this stage i'd probably take till June hols to clear my work. and file my worksheets. P6 sounds like a piece of cake. (no stupid CLE, philosophy and Oral Communication courses)
manu is incorrigible. 2-0 to the bottom club - okay, that wouldave been unimpressive anyhow if manu was the winning team - but when it's NORWICH who won..?? i want to shave fergie's stupid hair and castr**e him. disappointing season anyhow. our only hope is the FA cup. haha newcastle's missing two players due to "internal struggle". hehe. (re: newcastle, this is the first time i've heard of two players from the same team getting sent off... because they were fighting EACH OTHER!!) manu v arsenal in the finals?? go figure.
wow all 4 good EPL teams have done lousily this week. with manu capping the experience.
