i've grown increasingly bitter to i-learning. shall create an i-learning petition at petitionspot.com! (yep stumped upon it a few days ago - you may sign my strictly football-related petition here! http://www.petitionspot.com/petitions/dockchelseapoints aye the URL's self-explanatory.)
here's a typical procedure to make sure that your day is totally ruined:
Ingredients:
-computer (would help if this was dial-up and half the keys in your keyboard are punched out for no good reason)
-a highly irritable smart alec (yes that's you, don't look behind)
Method:
1. Go to Quizzes.
2. Take 10 hours to finish a quiz. Make sure you do it PAINSTAKINGLY and that ALL your energy is totally drained.
3. Click 'submit'.
4. Eh? What's happening?
5. Click 'submit' 19 more times and look pleased with yourself.
6. Wait until you get logged out before you start cursing. And oh yeah, your scores never got submitted. Have a nice day.
Alternatively -
1-4. As above.
5. Wait for another half an hour. You might have your dinner and/or take a walk.
6. Presto! Your scores have been submitted! Now wasn't that fun? You must be lucky to be able to use i-Learning!
and my church friends still say, "Wah! So lucky ah - don't have to go to school for one week!" nowadays, i don't even try to explain what's wrong with this picture. dramatic irony!
but anyway, nicer things are on the way! i shall maybe leave earlier for Jap so i can walk the streets and browse! unfortunately that usually leaves me more depressed and thinking that i am deprived.
went to CK Tang one day after school. and went to technobay (where all the tech stuff are - duh!) and yes! the gaming booth was for once not occupied by anyone! so i had my hand at playing the PC games. heh. spent like nearly an hour playing LOTR using some controller - which admittedly was quite fun because i was smashing buttons all the way.
and was looking at all the X-box games too! sheesh. seems like the best games are only on X-box! like Fifa Street (sounds cool, saw it on digital life) and halo 2?
kenneth (goh) just got an X-box. screw him. (and he gets $7 everyday - someone rob him!)
i might be saving up money for a PC game - Fifa 2005! (yep! dunno why, football games just appeal to me!) it costs $40 but i recently got holiday allowance - yippie! my parents prob don't allow but until then, i'm signing off!
japanese. at least there's no i-learning for THAT!
