the camp was GREAT! what's with taking seconds (if possible) for the various meals we had - we have some REAL rich sponsors here, the caterer was great!
apparently this year the camp was themed as star wars, so we did all the 'jedi' stuff. hehe. enjoyed, of course. and made some new friends! the camp finale was impressive.
and there was this teacher who taught us 2 cool songs! Rippy the Gator - about boy who had his body chomped on by an alligator; Carrot Juice is Murder - anti-vegetarian. (run a google search on both songs and get the letssingit.com hit - you shan't regret!)
and of course, the raffles trail. basically it's a walk around the school to view different core ccas at work. yay! feel like joining water polo - the guy there says you don't have to swim fast, it's more fun with a ball, and if you're tired you can just slack and tread water! (my sis says she once treaded water for 1.5h - ow!)
there's also swimming and table tennis and track/field! (apparently the TF people say that even you're not fit, they'll train you - and TF people breeze through napfa! :D) gah. ri regulations state that for the core cca option form you need to pick 4 sports, 2 uniformed groups and 2 musical groups. i shall probably pick 01 Scouts and Boys Brigade, and string ensemble+guitar ensemble (once again, zero proficiency required) for musical groups.
anyway, i'm back home! no more bathing in ladies toilets (YES - we were that unlucky, but it wasn't THAT bad..), no more hard ground for sleeping. and computers!!
