270. blink blink. HUH? A* A* A* A* Merit. woohoo! didn't beat 276. sad! my sis holds the family record! and has been holding for 8 years! actually i didn't expect a science A*. they probably had to moderate till A* was within everyone's reach, ie 80?
that's why i rate it 3-star. my initial pre-psle target was 277! a few days before i would be on cloud nine if i got a 270. cool. how accurate. my parents are also sorta 3-star pleased. but they say with my effort i coulda managed 278. how true (hey, i was slacking!)
seng kang won! actually my mom received first-hand news from one of her contacts and she was like, "HUH?" quite mean. but no one expects a non-GEP school to win right! M-Heng must be darn pissed. haha. first 2 years of her 'reign' not doing well!
gerald - top with 282. hmm. he doesn't look like the studious looking. and may i say proud. ah well some ARE more equal than others. (YES it's a quote.)
loads of boys got like 265+. i beat jeremy! but lost to *dark horses* like Leon Han? 272 with 3 A*s. well not to mention that I am also in a way a dark horse? remember the dream about me getting 240+??
218 got 263. yay! i beat her! though she still owes me warheads!
xinkai, tingan got 275. chanel, carol got 274. sigh. i'm not there yet! 270 is probably a below-average in gep. not that i should be sad. heard tales of people getting 210+ and happy to get four years. how sad!
birthday - 4.5 stars?
we decided not to go to macs because my ruddy cough wasn't gone. pish tosh. but my mom and i went for a mos burger lunch! after the whole 270-ordeal. mos burger is so ex! but i love rice burgers!!
mom bought me da vinci code! the only reason i'm blogging so late.. i bought a different version from jeremy's.. mine's nicer i guess. $17.85. the book's quite scary. about pagans and stuff. i'm on chapter 9 and counting. (there're over 80 chapters, believe it or not.)
omg... my parent's friend actually bought me the same book! we're going to borders tomorrow to change. i want another dan brown book! angels and demons or digital fortress.
thanks to jeremy for remembering me in your money utilization! (will send you some christmas card if i still remember you!) a $3.50 EPL mag makes the day! for once i get 'live' issues - the newstand at tanglin mall ALWAYS sells copies 1-2 months late!

anyway at changi we were waiting. her friends was gathering. they beat us to the belt! shames. i was reading my NEW book until my parents were waving to someone short and fat. argh! i'm related to her! (ok don't be offended whoever YOU are)
so now we're happily waiting for her. the cake too. pish tosh.
